Texas Winery Adelphos Cellars Expands with New Lubbock Tasting Room

Adelphos Cellars, a family-owned winery celebrated for its award-winning Texas wines, is set to expand with the launch of a new tasting room and event venue in Lubbock. The eagerly awaited grand opening is scheduled for February 8, 2025.

The new space will offer guests a range of experiences, including wine tastings, charcuterie, desserts, craft beer, and mocktails. The tasting room is more than a venue for drinks; it is thoughtfully crafted to nurture connection and community.

“What we offer here and at all our other tasting rooms is a space for people to connect and enjoy wine together,” stated Jim Irwin, co-owner of Adelphos Cellars. “We hold that enjoying wine revolves around community and family; it unites people.”

Adelphos Cellars has established a reputation at local festivals and events, garnering a dedicated fan base. With a permanent location in Lubbock, the winery eagerly anticipates the opportunity to welcome an increasing number of visitors.
