LUBBOCK, Texas—According to a social media post on Tuesday morning, the Tacos & Tequila Music Festival, which was originally scheduled to take place at the Lonestar Amphitheater in Lubbock on September 7, has been postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control.
The festival, originally scheduled to include popular acts such as 311, the All-American Rejects, and Hollywood Undead, will now be a two-day affair.
New dates will be announced within the next 10 to 14 days. The post assured ticket holders that all purchases made for the original September 7 date would be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.
The festival's VIP package was slated to include all-inclusive, all-you-can-eat catered cuisine, dedicated VIP entry lines, commemorative laminates and lanyards, a private bar with handcrafted drinks, air-conditioned restrooms, and exclusive access to the VIP pit viewing section.
Organizers have promised the postponed festival to include additional food trucks, beverage options, bars, vendors, and experience activations. They have encouraged fans to remain vigilant for information regarding the new dates.
