After serving the community for seventy-five years, Malouf's, a cherished fashion institution in Lubbock, Texas, will close its doors. The store, established in 1949 by John Malouf, has been a local institution for many years. It is well-known for its impeccable personal shopping experience, as well as its custom tailoring and wardrobe consultation services. Since John Malouf passed away in 2015, the store has continued to uphold its dedication to providing customers with high-quality service and fashionable merchandise under the direction of Michael Malouf, John's son.
Beginning on October 31, the Lubbock location will launch a large clearance sale, during which it will offer discounts on all products, including clothing, accessories, and store fixtures, in the days before finally closing its doors.
Even though the Lubbock store will close, the Malouf site in Southlake will continue to be open for business, carrying on the family tradition of providing individualized fashion services that John Malouf anticipated. Residents of Lubbock, who have relied on Malouf's for decades to fulfill their fashion requirements, are now facing the end of an era caused by the store's closure.
The community is saying goodbye to this much-loved establishment, and Malouf's Southlake is working hard to ensure that the brand continues to uphold the traditions and high standards that have made it a respected name in the Texas fashion industry for three generations.
