The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is currently experiencing an IT issue that has disrupted the access of students and team members to electronic resources. TTUHSC has acknowledged that it is actively resolving the issue in a statement released on Sunday evening; however, it has not specified a timeline for completion.

Consequently, TTUHSC has declared that academic operations at all campuses and facilities will be suspended on Monday, September 30. Clinical operations will continue to operate with restricted resources. Supervisors will communicate directly with employees regarding reporting procedures and work requirements.

The university stated that additional information will be disclosed as it becomes accessible.

The issue, which was initially documented on TTUHSC's social media platforms, has resulted in a significant number of individuals being unable to access critical electronic resources essential for academic and clinical work. The duration of the outage and the extent of its impact on patient services and ongoing initiatives are still uncertain.

TTUHSC is currently engaged in resolving the outage and has requested that users remain patient as they evaluate and rectify the issue. Students and staff are encouraged to monitor further updates through official channels.
