Through the opening of its first-ever drive-through Christmas light show at South Plains Mall, Lubbock will be able to experience the joy of the holiday season thanks to a brand-new holiday attraction called "The Light Park." Beginning this coming Friday, guests can enjoy the enchanted exhibit between Home Depot and the movie theater. The performance includes synchronized music and bright light installations to provide families and anyone interested in the holidays with an experience they will never forget.

The light show will be on every night, beginning at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 10 p.m. on weekdays. It will be operating continuously. The park will be open until 11 o'clock at night, providing guests with more opportunities to take in the vibrant festive spirit. Because the cost of admission is set at thirty dollars per vehicle, it is an affordable excursion for groups interested in celebrating the season together.

In addition to being hopeful about this launch, the organizers aim to make The Light Park a permanent fixture in Lubbock's yearly Christmas traditions. As the owner of the park stated, "We hope that it becomes a treasured part of the celebrations that the community holds."

This event guarantees a bright beginning to the Christmas season, whether a night out with friends or a tradition passed down through the generations.
